3 common mistakes we see in investor packs

We have looked at more than 100 investor packs to date. These are 3 common mistakes that we see in investor packs.

1. Too many pages. When you meet someone for the first time, do not tell them about everything you have done. Keep it relevant. Make it digestible.

2. Too many words. Less is more. Make sure that it is not text-dense. Allow plenty of space around the text to make it easy to read.

3. No executive summary. An executive summary is a teaser to attract the initial attention of your investor. A good executive summary will make investors want to turn the page and keep reading.
